I'm terrible at this, but I want to become better.
I have to model a cartoon character, but my edge loops look like shit, and I have absolutetly no idea if they're usable or not.
Please, help me out on this.
What should I do?

Okay, kind of an awkward one to explain, but I'd REALLY appreciate some help with this.
I'm using 3Ds Max 2013.
Say I make a model with the add poly tool, so its "hollow" as opposed to a square primitive, how do I make it "solid?"
I need to make it solid, as I am using it as a Boolean cut, and at the moment all it cuts is the outlines of the shape.
