How do I achieve this sort of look?
Not the anime-style face, but the texturing. I've only ever worked with procedural materials before and even then my experience is limited.
How would I get started learning how to paint a soft texture like these?
What else is going on here? It looks like more than just a default material with only a UV in the color channel. What about specular, diffuse, luminance, etc.?
I usually work in C4D but I'd like to replicate this sort of look in UE4.
