Hey erryone. Working on a tachikoma in Maya and I'm a little stuck at this part, I'm trying to make the joints for the legs and other things that go on the main body, but the body is a sphere and I'm trying to get those cylinder openings that go around the joints on the body, but the angles aren't the same and I'm not sure how to get one to sit nicely on the body. I COULD just make a cylinder with a hole in it and extrude it into the sphere until it looks nice, but that sounds awful and more of what I did in second life, not actual modeling. Can I somehow make it just from the geometry of the sphere?
