hey there /3/ I need your opinions, I'm a generalist but I want to specialize in either Character Rigging, Character Modeling or Animation, I just want to know what's the most needed, the best payed, the hardest to replace and the least competed field. what do you think?

So I play LFS a lot and downloaded this thing called Gen_Black which is used for importing cars in LFS and I got 3d max 9. I can't really do anything in it , I will get someone to teach me ina a few months, Untill then I would like if someone would make me a model of Opel Kadett C , normal not coupe . For XR vehicles.

i'm gonna do a 3d short and i'm just pitching ideas on how i'm gonna do dynamics (or IF i'm gonna do dynamics at all)
i'm aiming for a semi-cartoonish style, and i want some simple dynamics for hair and maybe clothes. the scene is set in a bus, so i'm also using dynamics on the several hanging objects around.
my question to you, (using maya primarily) how should I set up the hair for a girl, simple planes with ncloth? joints with spline IK or something?
what is really the simplest technique?
for my male character, i'm only making his fringe dynamic
have anyone tried the new bonus tools for maya 2014, the dynamic joint stuff?
