C&C - First 3d model

been advised to post here from /ic/
basically, this is my first 3d model render in zbrush. After stepping back and looking at it again, i can tell that the face anatomy is lacking and the fibermesh (hair) looks out of place.
Yet, i tried to incorporate as much as possible - to learn more things.
The skin shader also was a bitch, so I went with the one from the package.
plz point things out that i can improve on for my nxt sculpt.

/3/, how come there is so much noise in this render?
I would think it is reflective (the white wall material is not reflective), it doesn't seem to be global subdivs (default 0.001, tried 0.1 ~no change, 1 will take too long). I have tried High (animation) preset... default is Medium (animation) for me.
.... if it not reflective, how come the ceiling doesn't have the noise?
This render is fumefx+realflow test set (this is frame 251/350), ill be looking for solutions in the meantime.
