Hello /3/. i am planning a project where a character will be posed dynamically on a turntable, with a small part of his environment.
Most of the work is going to be done inside zbrush. The sole purpose of this project is to make it look pretty, does not need to be game res or anything.
My first question is, how much better to you think a textured work looks ? Sometimes i find the hard clay sculpt can look even better than a textured model.
Secondly, if i decide to texture it, do you think i can get a good render inside zbrush with polypaint, or do i need to unwrap everything to export it to an external program ?

Hey 4chans. I got a question, how do you make a toy glass ball with this colourful filling, look like a real-life one, like those on the pic? as far as i got, they refract all light, except the things inside of them - and real ones do that too. Anyone got any ideas?
