I need a little help here, i've made proper lightmaps (i used headus for this), no overlapping faces, no inverted faces, but i still get this shader bleeding madness
i've been stuck in this for over a month, this is my last resource, i've check every single possible tutorial and forums that are avaiable

Hey animate bros, are there any good tutorials on how to convey weight, pop and lock?
I've been working on animations for Arma 3, but what I have still doesn't feel right, and the BIStudio forums are exactly the best place for those questions.
So yeah, how do I make things heavy, and feel like they have popped and locked into place rather than sliding rather quickly
