So, cats aren't supposed to be able to taste sweet, but mine go crazy for sweet things. Any time I have anything sweet they go straight for it; donuts, honey buns, some candy I can't remember. They really enjoy anything with flour too- I shared a bean burrito with one of them, and two others also enjoy flour food stuffs.
Does anyone else's cats enjoy sweets/flour foods? And why do mine love sweets?

Is a wheel enough exercise for a regular mouse?
I've had mice before, but I was younger, probably too young honestly, and I didn't treat them too well. Now that I'm 23 I want to get one and actually treat it right. And yes, not going to lie, I just want something fuzzy to cuddle when I get home. We only have one dog-that funny enough is terrified of things that squeak-and a cat that is kept out of my room because he just wreks things.
Besides things I could find in a basic google search, what's some good things to know about owning a mouse? From your experience, what's the best food for them and things to chew on? I do want to get a young one, because from the past ones I've owned, they were always much easier to handle when I started from young ones.
