I need help /an/,
Rescued a Pug 3 weeks ago from a Puppy Mill in Jersey. She is doing 1000x better with everything EXCEPT eating. She had whipworm when I took her to the vet a few weeks ago and the medicine seems to be working (no more blood), but she has such difficulty eating. Normally I wouldn't mind, but she is under 14 lbs and hasn't gained a thing since I rescued her.
The vet recommended some natural health pure whatever vita garbage that makes her gassy, has shitty ingredients and isn't helping her gain any weight. Ive tried doing a 25%/75% mix with Orijen I want to start her on JUST so she can gain weight, but she hates the stuff.
Hates it more than a vacuum cleaner.
So my question is, what should I do now? Even if I toss in boiled meat, she just picks it out of the bowl and doesn't want to eat the rest. Has anyone here had luck with a high-protein and animal content food for picky eaters?

Hello /an/. I'm not an /an/ regular. I come for dog-related advice.
I'm not a dog person, and the dog isn't mine. I actually came here to get advice for another person (said person doesn't use computers and also doesn't speak english). The situations is: dog pees where he is not supposed to. When the person sees the dog doing it, she tries to scold him. Somewhere in this board I read that negative experiences are not good for conditional training or something like that, so the question is: what would be a good way to potty train said dog?
Related (or not?) info:
Dog is a one and a half years old. It's a male yorkshire terrier. The owner tried using a product to make the dog pee in specific places (covered with newspapers), sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Dog usually pees half the time in the right place, and half the time in the corner of things like the refrigerator, oven, and sofa. He always poops in the right place. If you need more information about the dog please do say so.
As I said before, I'm not a dog person and usually I don't identify myself with dogs, but I can say that this dog is a very chill dog. He likes to stalk the shit out of people here in the house, which is usually funny. He does not show any antisocial behavior or anything like that.
Composition of the product which was used: ammonium, urea, ammonium bicarbonate, plant extract, Hexamethylenetetramine.
Pic related, said dog.
Any links to any kind of information would be greatly appreciated, even if I don't plan getting a dog I would be very curious about said information.
May or may not be obvious, but I'm not a native english speaker.

So... there's this stray cat who lives in the street where I work. She usually keeps her kittens on the roof of my workplace, and usually shows up to check on them, but whenever I try to come near her, she runs away. I want her to let me pet her and come near her. but I have no idea how to do this. I was thinking about bringing some kitty food and treats to work, and see what happens. Any other ideas, /an/?
TLDR: how do I make friends with a stray cat?
Pic related, not her but she's a tuxedo too
