So, this poor bastard was in the yard this morning. No wounds of any sort that I can see. Looks healthy, well feed and doesn't look like she's all that old. Any one have any ideas?

I found this birb on the floor inside the other day and it wouldn't stop following me around for ages. It didn't seem to mind being picked up or anything. It wasn't injured either. I put it on a tree 50 metres from the property and it straight away flew right back to my veranda. Eventually my stupid friends put it in their car while I wasn't there and drove it to some beach like 20 minutes away because >eww birds are somehow so much more gross and dirty than any other animal >its so annoying because it keeps walking inside Even though they could have just shut the door. What kind of bird is it? And why was it so friendly? I'm sure it wasn't domesticated.

Dog + pools

Hello, everyone. I was beginning to fall asleep till a small question popped in my head. I currently have 3 dogs and next week I'm moving into a new house with a big swimming pool. My question is, is there any laws about animals swimming with you in the pool? Any thoughts/discussions are also welcome.

My 5-year old husky can't go 4 hours without urinating. Yes, she's diabetic (pretty sure it was the Trifexis). She gets 30 units a day of insulin, and I've pretty regular about it. She does NOT have a UTI. Vet is stumped. How can I get her to go overnight without pissing on the floor? I don't really want to cage her, and I don't want to leave her outside all night.

Hey guys! So, I just adopted a lil bunny. Everything was fine til yesterday, whe I started to notice that his poop started to look "fresh" (He used to shit "dry", you know what I'm sayin?) and some of them have a weird kind of mucosity. I read that it may be caused by his diet, but I'm really worried about him having some kind of parasite or illness. Pic related, it's him. Thanks!!

Any of you guys have hamsters? Do you train them? I had a dwarf hamster when I was a kid but it didn't live long. I don't think I had any idea how to properly take care of it to be honest.

So recently I saw this video about saving this abandoned dog's life and it really touched my heart... Anyone got some good videos of animals being saved or any channels I should look for? This is the video I watched: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0xb2FpVMwc

Is my dog overweight, /an/? She's only 6 months old but she clocked in at 63 lbs at the vet last week. I've never had a dog before and I know obesity is a big concern in Labradors.

Fishtank question

Hey /an/ I'm in the process of being kicked out because I'm gay by my mother. I have a large apple snail and a hoplo (10cm long) in a 54 liter (14 gallon) tank. I'd hate to leave them behind because I'm sure she wouldn't take care of them and she'd let them die. My plans currently are to move in with my faternal aunt, but the tank is too heavy to move, obviously, even drained, and I'm not even sure she'll even take me, let alone me and a fucking aquarium. So yeah... Anyway, what's the bare minimum a hoplo and an apple snail needs in order to survive? I can probably get a large bucket maybe a plastic basin, and I'll take the heater and internal filter with me, but i'm worried it's just not enough. Can anyone give me some advice? How long would they be able to survive in a place like that?

old thread >>2047664 Pic is an anery palmetto corn snake. The palmetto gene is a very rare mutation that was found, as I understand it, in a single wild caught male corn. It is single recessive. And yes, they are still crazy expensive. Pic is anerythristic + palmetto to achieve the grey/black scales.

Which great ape would be the least likely to randomly rip your face off if you were keeping it as a pet? I feel like Orangutans are the most peaceful of them.
