I come here to seek your knowledge. So I work deep in the bush of Quebec, and today while going to check for our water system, I stumbled upon this set of tracks.
My question is, is this canine or feline ? I work in the wildlife field but this lacks to my knowledge. I'm curious because exactly last week, my coworker went at this exact place with her german shepherd, so I have my doubts. There was (another) set of tracks which was ALOT pointier with appearant claws, which I associated to the dog. So I don't know I'm confused. I really want to know because people keep repirting seeing cougars in the area and I'm really interrested.
Pic related, the suspicious track.
So yeah, will post more pictures.

Hi /an/. I have a dog with hip dysplasia and usually it's almost as if she doesn't even have it if we give her the medicine and try not to overexert her. I only mention this because I have no other clue as to why she would be lying on my floor, depressed, unwilling to move. She doesn't even spend much time in my bedroom. Now, she won't even leave it to eat dinner.
I'm so upset, she's usually such a happy dog. We gave her one of her doggy painkillers because we thought maybe her hip was acting up.
The only other change I can think of is that we recently got a security system installed in my house. The console in the kitchen beeps every time you open a door.
What do you think is wrong with her, /an/?

>have 7 month old lab mix
>has been well-mannered from the start
>well-trained, well potty trained.
>let him out very frequently. he always waits at the door when he has to go. he knows how to hold it.
>usually spend several hours with him and play with him.
Lately, for the past week or 2, he has been peeing and pooping, every time I leave the house. I could have JUST let him out (for a long time) and he will still do it. I could be gone for 5 minutes, and he will pee/poop (it's usually pee, though). He does it EVERY time, now. He was chewing stuff up, too. (blinds, pillows, shoes, etc). He has plenty of toys and bones, and he isn't teething anymore.
I have had him in his own room (for when I have to leave the house) for months. I don't know what the issue is.
>he isn't fixed yet. He will be soon
>my girlfriend miscarried 2-3 weeks ago, so I haven't been spending as much time or attention with him.
>if I leave him free to roam the house, he won't pee or poop, though he MIGHT chew something (normal, I suppose).
What do I do? And what am I doing wrong?
I know I shouldn't really be popping him/spanking him, but I don't even know what to do anymore. I have had so much going on that I am just exhausted and defeated. He won't cooperate with me. I have spanked him probably 10 times in the last 36 hours. I hate doing it.

Hey /an/ just wondering if you could help me, my 6-7month old Pit has been scratching herself a lot lately (last month or so). I took her to the vet, he said it might be something on the food so I started feeding her the food he recommended (which he sells and is way more expensive) but situation remains. Some minutes ago I noticed these marks on her. Also, tests for any kind of parasite have been done and she's completely clean and healthy, got all her vaccines done and regular checkups, it's just this thingy which apparently no one knows what it is for sure. Any halp would be appreciated.
