Ok guys, I never really did any cosplay stuff (unless you count chainmail shirt and some self-made weapons there), but here's what I have and I want to make cat ears headband out of it.
The band I'm using is about 1mm thin, 4mm wide with spring-like metal inside, woven in some sort of textile.
I have a huge piece of black leather. It is about 1mm thin, quite soft. Then to stiffen it I have this plastic thingie. It's about 0,5mm transparent plastic, it bends quite easily but is also a bit spring-like.
I'd like cat ears to be small, but also curved, to give them depth instead of just two triangles.
I have a rough understanding how it's supposed to be done, but I don't want to get to it and waste material before asking people that know a lot more about making costumes than I do.
Any ideas how to get to it?
