6 oz chicken breast, preferably cold, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup Fage Total, lime/lemon juice, a bunch of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, optionally cumin/cilantro.
The lettuce enhances the texture and bulks up the dish.
Tastes great, fills me up, and is fairly healthy. (I'm a big man)

Hi, first time on /ck/, I have a question.
How do I make restaurant style teriyaki chicken? Can I do it with my slow cooker? I bought boneless skinless chicken breast and some store-bought teriyaki sauce, flattened the breasts, perforated them with a fork and threw it in the cooker.
But the sauce did not penetrate the chicken at all, just the outside. Tasted like plain chicken. How do I do this right?

Hey /ck/, my sister is 22, I'm 20, and she is the pickiest eater ever. I can never get her to try any healthy food. I'll explain:
-She doesn't know it, but she seems like she's afraid of restaurants that aren't chains. We were in another town for a wedding one weekend, so her and I were sitting in her car going through the stuff on the gps to find a place to eat some dinner. There are a ton of roadside diners around but I thought hey, it's her car, let her choose. She finally says 'There's nowhere normal to eat around here, let's just go to a rest stop and eat there.'
-We're Italian, so we eat pasta a lot, however, even on Christmas, she only eats plain pasta with butter.
-We had a barbecue and she was coming right from work, but stopped before to get McDonald's because she hates grilled food.
-To add to that, on her burgers she only gets meat and cheese.
-With tacos, she eats the tortilla, meat, and cheese separately.
-Doesn't eat any vegetables at all.
-Eats Ben&Jerry's for breakfast all the time.
-Somehow she still weighs 105 pounds.
