Question: is this the right place to come and discuss spirits, alcohol, drinks, etc?
I feel this is the only board where this topic could be somewhat related. Also why is there no /al/ board here? You would say that there is not much to discuss about drinks, but I'd say you are wrong. New recipes are invented, we could discuss brands, stories, origins, etc. What's your opinion?

So what have you made today CK?
This a beef filled with carrot, garlic, panceta and a celery root, ,entwined in mustard, marinaded for 24 hours in red wine, red wine vinegar, garlic, apples, onion halves, clove and a nuteg.
Once it is out, sear the beef trow in onions and a carrot let it simmer and go soft, put the meat back in side add 3 dcl of red wine combined with tomato paste, a sip of acceto, add a apple, dry plums, a clow of garilc, beef stock and let it simmer for a hour and a half once reduced apply more stock or water.
once the beef is tender, take it out and use the stick blender to grind all of the ingredients into a sort of pire: cut the beef up and it back inside, let it simmer for a min viola best fucking thing ever.
few bay leafs can also do wonder in this dish, serve it with homemade gnocchi or a pasta.
