I'm going to treat food as fuel, not a fun rollercoaster ride like scooby doo says.
I've tried to design the most optimal yet minimalist diet I could, for health:
Meals are 1/3 protein, 1/3 carbohydrate, 1/3 fat
The only carbohydrate I'll be having from now on is sweet potato, that's the healthiest.
For protein, chicken breast
For fat, coconut oil, to fry the chicken in
I hate broccolli and all other vegetables, so to get my greens for the day I will have a giant, as in a whole bag of kale smoothie with frozen blueberries (the most nutrient dense fruit) and almond milk (no dairy, it makes me bloat and get acne)
Post gym protein will be 4 eggs, boiled
I will not complicate it more than this so that it's easier to stick to
On this diet:
No omega 6 rich oils like vegetable oil (too inflammatory)
Shopping list for this diet:
- Chicken Breast
- Almond milk
- Frozen Blueberries
- Sweet potato
What do you think?
