Which condiments need to be kept in the fridge? Obviously this will devolve instantly into trolling, but I'm seriously interested and hope I can get a few replies before it's cut out of the body.
I know Mustard and Ketchup don't need to be, but what about the other things? I would think Mayonnaise needs to be in there, but how can I really know? Every bottle and jar of every sauce says to put it in there when it's open. Even salsas... and with their acid content I wouldn't think that.
What's the skinny? Are there like, infographics on this topic that I just don't see?
