Hey ro/ck/stars, Merry Christmas! Here is the final Advent Calendar thread of the year. :) Almost all of the books in this year's Calendar are available in both PDF and ePUB. If possible, I really recommend that you download the ePUB version as the PDF has been converted from the original ePUB and may be formatted irregularly as a result. You can download a free ePUB reader from Adobe or install a plug-in for your browser to view the files. Today's book are requests I was able to fill: >I'm Just Here For the Food by Alton Brown EPUB: n/a PDF: http://www.mediafire.com/?3oim4ao9h70x3n8 >Martha Stewart's Cookies by Martha Stewart EPUB: n/a PDF: http://www.mediafire.com/?pgkajcyn6ncef5w >New England Soup Factory Cookbook by Marjorie Druker and Clara Silverstein EPUB: n/a PDF: http://www.mediafire.com/?i6nhmpc9hkp6kgs >Ratio: The Simple Codes Behind the Craft of Everyday Cooking by Michael Ruhlman EPUB: http://www.mediafire.com/?g1l8b78ljmk3rxf PDF: http://www.mediafire.com/?hp7qu5zyuq6oyo1 >Top Pot Hand-Forged Donuts by Mark and Michael Klebeck EPUB: http://www.mediafire.com/?n823pm5k5b9z6gy PDF: http://www.mediafire.com/?z8p9mdt4sdjdjpd >2012 issues of Food Network magazine EPUB: n/a PDF: http://filepost.com/files/b1d12cfm/Food_Network_mag_2012.rar/ >2012 issues of Saveur magazine EPUB: n/a PDF: http://filepost.com/files/1b5mb4ed/Saveur_mag_2012.rar/

What are the ingredients in Jelly Belly Buttered Popcorn jellybeans that makes them so delectable? Why are so many of Jelly Belly's jelly beans so unrivaled in taste and quality? I've... "bean" wondering!

I want to make fudge but don't have a double boiler. Or a glass bowl to make a makeshift double boiler with a pot. I also don't have a candy thermometer. Is it still possible to make fudge? This is my first time trying to make fudge. Help an overwhelmed beginner cook? Pic related, for your efforts.

Taco Bell Has Been Forever Changed.

Taco Bell is now forcing their new Cantina crap on us. They've discontinued the Mexican Rice and are now exclusively serving the "Latin Rice." You can see on the Taco Bell website that they've removed the Mexican Rice Bowl from the menu and altered all of the items that contain rice to display the Latin Rice. What does this "Latin Rice" taste like, exactly? Is it any good? http://www.fooddigital.com/franchising/taco-bell-shakes-up-its-menu-with-new-cilantro-rice

Hi! I'm not very common with western food and dating system. I got a product with "Best before 09 BTM 03 14" written on it. Does this mean i should eat it before 2009 or 2014? What does "BTM" mean anyway?

Alright co/ck/s let us talk pizza making. What are some general pizza making tips you've got? Regarding dough, toppings, cooking time and temperature and so forth. 250+centigrade oven and using a pizza stone is the way to go in my opinion.

I have a query, my fellow ro/ck/stars. I'm about to make some lobster stock with the leftover shells and bits from the lobsters we had for Christmas dinner. Now, pertaining to my question, when I make chicken or turkey stock, I usually do it in my slow cooker, and it turns out beautifully. So, can or SHOULD I make the lobster stock in the slow cooker as well, or would it be better to make it the "faster" way, in a stock pot?

My doctor says I need to start eating vegetables and improve my diet. Do french fries and onion rings count? I did some googling and I find out onions and potatoes are vegetables. How healthy are they?
