so guys, i need some help. see, i just started a workout with a personal trainer and he told me something that I already knew, simply that i need to eat about 3000 calories a day, but the catch is they need to be spaced every few hours apart with about 4-6 meals a day. for me this is really hard since i work retail full time and go to school full time. do you guys have any suggestions on relatively healthy foods that i can make and take to work with me? i have a microwave at work if that makes a difference pic related, what im trying to stay away from tl;dr i need healthy foods i can eat at work that are calorie packed
