I've been eating like shit since i'm a kid (20 now) because nobody cooked well in my home (Only my grandmother, who was cooking only really heavy meals) so i've always been fat.

I'm willing to change this habit of mine by starting to learn how to cook, especially how to cook healthy. I'm planning to cook my 2 meals a day and try to eat only what i cooked/know especially what i'm eating (Avoiding restaurent, fastfood).
I'd like to make a collection of "healthy" recipe that don't taste like shit (Let's be real, i can't only eat salads), but i don't even know where to start.
Any advice? Usefulls links? Nice book recipes that you could recommend me?
TLDR: Want to cook healthy. Wat do?
