I live inna woods, my property is full of these little fuckers, so i went out and collected around 20 of them and stuck them in my freezer. after giving my gecko some of the small ones. so whats the best way to cook em. tl;dr cooking show for everyone by anyone I swore that I will never post on 4chan as long as everyone in my family is alive and kicking, but that all changed last week so now I'm here telling you all about a project I had on my mind for quite a while now. It's called cooking with /ck/. Sometimes in the near future (read this week) I'm going to set up an account on a streaming website. The password for this account will be made public after the first broadcast so anyone can use the account in the future. As the title may suggest this project is about cooking. Basically it's an online cooking show for anons by anons. Also the main objective is not to show off your amazing cooking skills (though if you have amazing cooking skills you are more than welcome to show them off) but to teach each-other simple and cheap recipes that can help you survive the typical anonymous lifestyle (NEET, basement-dweller and so on...) The basic process for starting a show will be the following: >first make sure that you have the necessary equipment (webcam, a computer, preferably a laptop, a kitchen) >make a thread with a short description of the food you'll be making and the ingredients needed at least a day before your planned broadcast >get ready to broadcast (buy the ingredients,line them up on the counter, kill the goat) maybe even do a test run to see if everything is in order >3...2..1...SHOWTIME!!! Here's my idea. Large cut of meat pounded thin. Lay down strips of maple bacon, thin layer of marscapone cheese, then a few lines of caramilsed onions. Roll tightly and tie, sear on the stove then braise in the oven. Here is my question, what cut of meat would be best (easiest) to use for this rolled method of stuffing. I know how to use a pork loin for this, but I want to use beef/veal. Any suggestions? I'm currently leaning towards a boned veal breast or boned veal shoulder.
