Poorfags and Collegefags Eating Guide

At the moment I am a senior in College, and during my college years I've learned the ways of rice and beans, milk and potatoes, fried rice with eggs, frozen mixed veggies for 1$ and etnich shops for cheap goodies.
Since almost every time I come here to /ck/ I find some thread "Oh hey guise, poorfag here in college with 10 $. Wat do?" "Oh hey guise, how do I eat without ordering pizza every night" I am offering my services to the community.
I propose we write some sort of guide and pastebin for poorfags and collegefags. We are going to list cheap and filling recipes, grocery shopping advice and basic nutritional info (Best sources for cheap proteins and fibers and shit). Spices, healty meals, how to properly stock a pantry eccetera.
Since we come from all over the world I propose to do something valid for everybody. Rice and beans are cheap everywhere, therefore there's no need to list prices for that shop or that other chain of supermarket.
What does /ck/ think? Anyone else wants to join me in writing this?

What your favorite cookie recipe / type of cookie to make? Personally I like oatmeal-cookies, sometimes as a base with random things thrown in. I was making chocolate crinkle cookies a lot for a while in the winter. Cookies with chopped fresh cherries inside are great.
I'm usually disappointed when I make peanut butter cookies because I often overcook them, but I make them periodically after convincing myself they'll taste good again.
Best cookie I ever made came out of blue inside from the black raspberries I added and kept in a tin for over a week. I think they had brown sugar, ap flour, butter, oats, and maybe some kind of nut. I made it up, wish I had written down the steps/ingredients.
