Hey /ck/, don't normally post here, but I have a question about making quality homemade pizza: Is good quality pizza dough also good quality stand alone bread dough? I've been playing around with a few different bread doughs (Cold rise with good yeast for 24hrs, normal proofing and rise in a warm room, etc) and the last I tried out was a slow, cold rise with a bit of baking powder in it (basically Char siu bao dough) and I'm not ultimately satisfied with it yet. Is there anything in particular you think I should be aiming for?
