Are there any TV shows or resources that teach you not only how to cook, but how to cook in a restaurant? Miraculously got hired as a line cook with zero cooking experience, and I'm learning quick enough, I just need help on things like balancing tickets, timing with other orders, and cooking presentable dishes as fast as possible. I can handle one station fine enough, but having more than one responsibility where I'm jumping stations, and I get confused.
Basically how do I cook in a restaurant with no culinary school experience? This stuff is stressful if you're not experienced with it.
