Top tier dressings you can buy. Home made can be the best but not everyone got time for that. Best shit you can get only! maybe less know or regional. Pietro Sesame And Miso (Soybean Curd) Dressing It's great on salads, but I also use it for fish, chicken and shrimp. As a dipping sauce it's a wonderful base. Great dipping sauce by its self really. Only problem its 6-7$ and unless your in HI, or have good market/ Asian market you may have to order it online. Its relatively small bottle.. although its awesome design and you can make a mess with it. Its works just like the bottles cooks use at restaurants. Looking for a good classic Italian I can buy easy. The last stuff I had was fucking gorss. Its was Ken's or Kerns Steak house "zesty Italian" tasted like barf to me.

So I'm starting a batch of apple cider in about a week. I've only ever made wine before and was just wondering if when making cider I still need to degas and add clearing agents(i was thinking keisesol and chitosan). The recipe I have pretty much says put juice, sugar and yeast in a carboy, wait a month, bottle, wait a month, drink.
