I work part time at a local grocery store and they had 1lb ground turkey for a buck. I bought several packs of them and used all but one. It's been in the freezer for over a month (Frozen on or before the freeze-by date). I'm out of food and pretty much out of money until tomorrow (I can go out and buy some food, but I'd prefer not to). Is the ground turkey safe to eat? If so, how do I go about cooking it? Just dumping it in a pan still frozen? I'm planning on making some chili with it, black beans, some corn, and I guess northern great beans. Pretty much all I've got in the pantry.

Serious question. Do you have to use a special kind of cheese/cheese sauce for nachos. Every.single.time I've had it served, it has always been one big, conjoined mess. Like it's impossible to just pick one single nacho out with cheese on it.
