I need help, /ck/. I have this block of Papa Jose Queso Fresco and I want to make it into a sauce to dip taquitoes in. Once before, I had one of these and I cut it up and microwaved it in a bowl with some milk, but it turned it into a chunky soupy mess and it hardened into a porridge like substance. Does anyone know a good way to make this, and some good spices to put in the sauce to make it taste like something?

Alright /ck/... I'm lacking many proper cooking instruments, but I have the warrior spirit (of cooking). I plan on making mille-feuille for my father. He just turned 51, but a long time ago, he mentioned that he really liked this when he was in Europe.
