So /ck/ I need some advice. Tomorrow I am going to make a small lasagne in a pyrex bowl because I only want one or two servings and it is just for me (pic related, 700ml bottle for scale (24~ounces?)). I really only need a good recipe for beef meat sauce, because I haven't made a really good sauce for lasagne before. I have; Beef mince (or ground beef in the US I guess?) 2 cans whole Roma tomatoes. Tomato paste. Assorted dried herbs and spices. 1 medium sized brown onion. I can still get more ingredients before I make it.

What's your favorite flavor of Cheerios? Growing up there was just regular and Honey Nut. Now I go to the store and there's like 5 shelves of Cheerios to choose from, all different flavors. Every time I go there's an entirely new one to discover. Shit's getting out of hand, but it's interesting to see how quickly Cheerios has evolved in recent years. Pic doesn't even show half of what's out there, I don't think.

What's your favorite kind of pepper for cooking? I have always used this stuff but it's getting hard to find. Every grocery store used to have it, then only the higher end stores had it like Safeway, then I could only find it at Wegmans. Now even Wegmans doesn't have it. I guess I could just use the coarse ground or pepper mill grind variety but I'm kinda stubborn in thinking this is more for cooking while the other is more of a finishing pepper. Last week I was completely out and was planning on cooking some chicken in the oven so I ended up buying the store brand of cracked pepper from Wegmans. I did not like how it came out at all, I ruined dinner that night. I ate some leftovers for lunch at work yesterday and was tasting that shit for the rest of the day. Amazon has it but I'm not sure if I wanna spend over 20 damn dollars for a three pack.
