I just poured a glass of some Almond milk and it almost looks grey/silver/blue. is there anything wrong with it? I've never seen this happen before, although it is a different brand than what I normally buy. I googled "my almond milk turned blue" and others have searched that before so it must be somewhat common. It doesn't smell rotten or spoiled and isn't chunky or curdled so I'm not sure what this means. Not a big deal or toss it?

I've been a vegetarian my whole life and I've decided to start eating meat as it would make my life a WHOLE lot easier. I've tried eating steak, and I couldn't even get a bite down because it was just too nauseating. Then I tried instead beef jerky, and even while I could finish a piece, I felt sick to my stomach, even to the point of getting dizzy. I know it's pathetic, but do you guys have any idea of where to start? Or will I just get used to it after a while? I hate having to ask, but I really do want to start eating meat.

So I don't post here much but I'm wondering if you guys could help. I know basics about food health and I'm trying to be healthier...soda's really tough to quit but I crave it a lot less so I only have one can a week ish. The other thing is bacon, which I had for the first time in my life this year (i'm 20). This articles shows it's not so bad (I usually have it once a week, or less). Is it bullshit or legit? Note that I just have bacon in my footlong subway sanwiches. this might be a dumb ass question, but while I'm a fan of both breasts and wings(inb4 darkmeat is superior babby's first chicken,etc.) I prefer wing meat. However,while I love fucking buffalo wings, chicken breast is way cheaper. But it just doesn't taste the same. Is there any way to get more of the texture of wings in breast meat? Or alternatively, how does one get a popeye's esque crust on chicken? As a side note, what kind of ranch/blue cheese or dipping sauce do you like with your wings?
