I just poured a glass of some Almond milk and it almost looks grey/silver/blue. is there anything wrong with it? I've never seen this happen before, although it is a different brand than what I normally buy. I googled "my almond milk turned blue" and others have searched that before so it must be somewhat common. It doesn't smell rotten or spoiled and isn't chunky or curdled so I'm not sure what this means. Not a big deal or toss it?

Sup /ck/ I've been buying a lot of Clif Bars lately to use as a mid-day snack when I'm on campus. Unfortunately, the cheapest I can get them is ~$1.00 per bar. I want to look into making my own protein bars, which seems simple enough. Most recipes include: >Oatz >Peanut Butter >Skim Milk and some other misc stuff for flavoring. This is all well and good, but these bars are going to be in my backpack for probably a couple hours before consumed. I need to figure out some way to make bars that are easy enough to make but won't melt. tl;dr: Need a protein bar recipe that won't melt. Help pls.

Ive tried two kinds of alcohol. I enjoy it. Ive tried Disaronno and captain morgan. I have tried them straight, and mixed them. Ive tried the rum with root beer, and disaronno with creme. I enjoy the sweetness of the amaretto, but also like the rum... What should i try next?
