I just poured a glass of some Almond milk and it almost looks grey/silver/blue. is there anything wrong with it? I've never seen this happen before, although it is a different brand than what I normally buy. I googled "my almond milk turned blue" and others have searched that before so it must be somewhat common. It doesn't smell rotten or spoiled and isn't chunky or curdled so I'm not sure what this means. Not a big deal or toss it?

So I'm going to attempt to cook Chicken Pot Pie, crust and all, and I'm noticing a wide array of recipes that have Celery in it. Now, I like many things, but celery isn't one of them. I know its purpose in a Pot Pie, but it still doesn't make me like it anymore. So to get to the point, do you guys know of any adequate substitutes for Celery when it comes to Chicken Pot Pie?

My country has no breakfast culture at all. All I get in the morning is a bowl of cornflakes or a slice of toast with jam. Maybe a boiled egg on weekends. Once I suggested making omelett with bacon and just got weird looks. How does the typical breakfast look where you live?

I've been a vegetarian my whole life and I've decided to start eating meat as it would make my life a WHOLE lot easier. I've tried eating steak, and I couldn't even get a bite down because it was just too nauseating. Then I tried instead beef jerky, and even while I could finish a piece, I felt sick to my stomach, even to the point of getting dizzy. I know it's pathetic, but do you guys have any idea of where to start? Or will I just get used to it after a while? I hate having to ask, but I really do want to start eating meat.
