I remember I was very young and I went to my grandparent's house, where I found this old comic. It was about a group of men who fought the nazis or something. I remember one had a cane with a sword in it.
Somehow they discover a temple, or a pyramid in the jungle or something, made by aliens. I remember a scene where they walk in a huge hall with huge statues similar to egyptian gods. The bad guy (some sort of an evil scientist) sents the main character through the aliens teleportation device.
I remember this scene clearly: The main character reaches the other side of the teleportation device, and all it's all pitch black. Next to him sits another guy, saying nothing. Aliens talk to the main character through telepathy and tell him he doesn't see anything because his brain can't understand what he sees, and the other guy was sent there to test the teleportation device. The main character tells them to send him back, which they do. When he comes back he finds out many years (like, 20) had passed because of his "travel" (fro him it was instantaneous) He finds his old friend and discovers the evil scientist wants to teleport all mankind through the teleporting thing, but this time somewhere else, to the void.
I don't remember much, sorry for the TL;DR, I really don't know how to find it. I'm sure someone here will know which comic is. It was western 80ish style.
Thank you in advance.
