If an half-Japanese, half-European artist creates a cartoon over the course of several weeks, during which he's staying in both Japan and America on business, such that the creation of the cartoon takes place in equal amounts on American and Japanese soil
and when it is completed, he uploads it to both Japanese and American websites at the same time, while on a plane traveling between Japan and America
which board would we discuss it on?

>Some helpful tips when searching for downloads:
If results are too general, try searching for the year, volume, issues, creators or scanners, if you know them. Some popular scanning names and terms include "DCP", "Minutemen", "CPS", "Digital", "noads" and "c2c". Remember that "Comic Name" might have separate listings from "Comic-Name" or "ComicName", remember that with volumes "v#" would return different results than "vol#" and "volume #", and remember that issue "##" might be listed separately from issue "#" or "###". On search engines like Google, results can be narrowed down through modifiers such as "-[unwanted term]", "site:[website]" and "filetype:[extension]".
Be patient, be polite, and understand the simple concept behind these simple words: Not posted means not scanned yet. Any other questions can be directed at the back-up thread on plus4chan (see above) or at: AIM: EismyIdentity | e-mail: EisMyIdentity@AOL.com, so post/IM/email whatever minor inquiries there.
