>Okay, guys ... I was waiting for approval to give you the news, but since it's up for preorder on Amazon, I guess it's pretty out in the public now anyway... Yes, there WILL be an English language version of Don's complete works published by Fantagraphics starting in 2014.
>Volume #1 of "The Don Rosa Library" is seemingly scheduled for a June 2014 release at the moment. Content wise it will be similar to the Scandinavian "Hall of Fame" edition rather than the "Don Rosa Collection" deluxe box set, so please don't count on Don's underground story "Return to Duckburg Place" or similar stuff to be included here. There will be, however, tons of bonus stuff that have never been seen before in US publications. Stay tuned for more info on this nice English language edition, and if you want you can already preorder it here: http://www.amazon.com/Uncle-Scrooge-Donald-Duck-Library/dp/1606997424/
IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING
Is Fionna a self-insert?

Anyone else find it a little annoying that in the Land of Aaa, all the male characters are attracted and flirty with Fionna, but it's just the opposite in the Land of Ooo with Finn?
The person who proposed Fionna and gave her a speech about turning down a boy until she was ready (and then getting flirty with a bad boy in the next) also wanted Bubblegum's isolation from Finn's character, not solely to make her more independent. but to emphasize her lack of attraction to a "silly boy."
Is it biased to have the female counterpart be more popular simply because she is a female? She should be just as childish, naive, and immature as Finn. And Finn, strangely enough, seems to be getting dumber as time passes. It seems that Rebecca Sugar (and I won't lie, I'm a fan of her work) brought her best qualities to Fionna while at the same time encouraging kicking Finn down a few pegs.
Have the behaviors of the female characters grown dismissive and almost uncaring towards Finn? Was Flame Princess created as a "consolation prize" for Finn, rather than an actual character with her own story? Will Finn ever go through puberty, since Fionna obviously has?
