Wart removal with garlic

So I've heard garlic is home medicine against warts and similar stuff...
I have this wart beneath my armpit... I've started doing applications since saturday, at first the garlic burned like hell but now it isn't that bad, but the skin around it has become incredible sensitive (the redish area around)...
The most painful process now is taking off the micropore tape I'm using, I've even minimized contact area with skin.
The wart it self seems to be starting to fell apart, there is gray dead skin all around it though with some black spots, which is very worrisome. But right beneath the wart, its starting to separate, and there is bright red flesh.
So have any of anons ever tried something like this, have tips and recommendations?
Go Board: Where to get the wood?

Hi, /diy/, how is your day?
I have little experience with wood but am "workshop literate", and I would like to make a go board (pic related).
Ideally, I will use two pieces of wood glued together to prevent serious warping. My question for /diy/ is: where would be a good place to get wood of similar grain and color? To be more specific, I would like to use a yellowish wood with mostly straight grain on the large face of the board. In addition, I would not like to use materials such as plywood, MDF, and such. Just solid chunks/planks of wood. I live in Maryland, if my location helps.
Wood source aside, I will also have to cut and plane the wood, draw a 19x19 grid on the board, and wax/otherwise finish the board. I am only asking for advice on obtaining the appropriate wood, but advice in these other matters will be well appreciated.

I can't buy a high-end printer because it costs a fortune, so I send my PDF to the local professional printing press and pay them to print me one copy, and that's fine 'n dandy.
I can't buy a high-end 3D printer because it costs a fortune, so I send my OBJs to Shapeways and pay them to 3D print me one copy, and that's just fantastic.
I can't buy a high-end CNC machine because it costs a fortune, but... what the hell am I supposed to do now? I have CAD drawings of a couple of parts I need made from wood, but every joint either has a minimum order of six gorillion or have a really small work area (I need 25 x 25cm) or have only ultra-simple CNC machines meant for cutting 2D parts from veneer, tops. There aren't any hackerspaces around either although I'd gladly pay anyway.
Life is pain without a workshop. Does an on-demand online CNC service exist?
