Hog Trap Challenge

Wild hogs are a big problem in my state. My 86 year old grandpa owns some land and has asked me to try and remove them (or at least some) from the property, since they outcompete the local wildlife.
I know I can buy a welded steel-frame trap but there's no challenge in that. I was wondering if /diy/ had any ideas on this. My main limitations for this project are say, a $200 budget and a lack of welding equipment.
>Portability is not required
>All-weather and high UV tolerance
>Spring-loaded or gravity door
>Able to hold 200 pounds of angry muscle and tusks for 6 hours
>Ceiling not mandatory, pigs don't fly yet
I'm thinking that a smaller trap will be more durable, as the hog won't have the ability to build up momentum and break out. On the other hand, a large "pen" with a one-way door could catch several pigs at once.

Hey /diy/ I thought you would be the best to approach with this idea.
It is no secret, nor is it speculation, that the climate is changing, the ocean is rising and the population is growing. I was watching this video on TED about how we can prepare.
I got to thinking, what about a large plastic tube greenhouse, that took regular ocean water, evaporated it, and dripped it into a center reservoir that contained DWC floating rafts.
DynaGro could be fed into it through a drip tube that ran the length and you could even retrofit it with bubblers if need be.
At each end would be a cap for controlling water level AND very importantly, changing the water every two weeks as toxins build up.
Benefits would be inexpensive sausage links that could be pumped out of a factory for a few hundred a pop, instead of thousands for purchasing, deforesting and tilling possibly arable land.
Disadvantage would be that it would be susceptible to thrashing from storms and possibly losing an entire harvest out to sea. You could have a water ballast, but....best laid plans.
What do you think /diy/? inb4 tl;dr
