It looks like it's part of that cable assembly, and you'll have to replace the entire cable.

Looks like the cruise control cable going from the servo (on the bulkhead) to the throttle body.

Source: I retro-fitted cruise on my 2001 Ford Focus 2.0 ESP (European car)

No idea how you fucked it up, but an easy repair could be just to use some epoxy and join the plastics together again.
