Just spreading the word...Mango Inc (Mango, H.E., Touch, Etc.) has the absolute shittiest customer service and email system:
I placed an order for a coat, they almost immediately put it on hold...3 emails later and 2 phonecalls later it turns out they just fucked up and read some of my information wrong. Once I cleared it all up they then emailed me saying they ran out of the coat. What kind of bullshit is that? They have nothing else to offer me but a refund...after I spent so much fucking time with them. Most of their representatives show a clear lack of understanding how there own websites work or how to speak english.
