So /fit/ i've done the whole, count your calories, meet your macros thing, and I don't enjoy it. It's too much of a sacrifice to my personal happiness, planning things out, knowing exactly what i'm going to eat, how much i'm going to eat it, and basically, viewing everything as a means to an end, instead of an end itself, is bumming me out.
And all for the premise of when i'm fit, everything will be fixed, which I know it wont.
So here's the thing, I like working out, I like getting bigger muscles.
What kind of results could I expect to see if I just ate what I wanted, which would probably average out at around 50-60g of protein everyday, and averaged out around maintenance when it comes to calories.
Would I see any gains in the long run? I just want to do something sustainable that doesn't ruin my personal happiness, being total anal about food is bumming me out, with all respect to your life choices, it is not worth it for me.
