two questions /fit/
What kind of exercise does /fit/ recommend me do for strengthening the tendon on the back of my wrist and shoulder rotator cuff? I found several different ones for the rotator cuff but they varied quite a bit, and I could find none of my wrist.
I had xrays done and my doctor told me it was a weak tendon and that nothing was broken in my wrist and that I should exercise it. pain when my hand is at a 90 degree angle with pressure applied. the rotator cuff because when I do some exercises such as squats, my shoulders feel sore/hurt from being in that position.
My second question is, what kind of shoes for a beginner runner? I was thinking of getting a minimalist road shoe by merrel, not the five toe style. I will mostly be walking/jogging to and from places and working out in the gym.
