Lasting longer in bed? I broke my two week no-fap streak today, and when I fapped, I lasted like 30 seconds tops. Hey there everybody, Militaryfag here. I've been tasked to lead my company's PT tomorrow morning for all the fatties who can't pass theirs. The problem is, I don't know how to lead a group exercise session. I'm looking for any advice/workouts i can make these fat kids do. It must involve a sort of cardio, and possibly some strength training built in. It has to last roughly 45 minutes. Again, i have no idea how to build a workout for others, I just know how to do mine, so any help from you would be very appreciated. > TL;DR i need some workout ideas for a big group PT session involving cardio & strength lasting 45-ish minutes.
