Hey guys I am on seroquel xr well I just got put on it today and I am suppose to take it 3-4 hours before bed on an empty stomach. How the hell do you do that? reminder that this is the kind of body you get with SS honestly everyone on /fit/ is retarded for aesthetics you want to be on a 12 day split never hit two major muscle groups on the same day ie never work left bicep on right bicep day individual muscles take over a week to recover and by hitting them too often you aren't letting them recover(grow)

I'm working towards the fitness goals for West Point Military Academy and I need some tips. My current stats: Pull-ups: 8 Push-ups: 22 Sit-ups: 44 Mile: 6:34 I need help on how to build core and arm muscle quickly. I need to get at least 72 push-ups, 54 sit-ups, and 17 pull-ups to pass the fitness exam and they're all timed in 2-3 minute intervals per section. any suggestions on how to build the muscle and what supplements to use? Do any of you guys wear high socks to do Deads? Mark Rippetoe used to do it in his heyday. Seems like a good idea, the last thing you want is that dirty bar scraping your shins and giving you an infection then having to amputate both legs.
