QTDDTOT thread I'll start: I can go to the gym only on mondays, tuesday, thursdays and fridays but I still would like to do a routine like SS or SL. I heard that the rest day between workouts is very important, so I'm not sure how to schedule my workouts. Do I just skip a rest day and lift for example on monday, thursday and friday or should I use a different routine entirely?

I'm reading The Way of Men and its completely changing my perception. I want to be more of a man. I'm sick of being weak and I want to do everything in my power to become strong. This section concerns me: “Men are hard wired for aggressive play. High testosterone men take more risks and seek more thrills. Men are more interested in competing for status, and when they win, their bodies give them a dopamine high and more testosterone.[1]” I've always been worried that I have low test. Not low enough to get prescribed medication but low enough to reduce my power and manliness. If I take steroids will I experience all of the benefits of high testosterone? Will I be more daring, less risk-averse and more of a fucking man overall?
