Problem: I never want to have children, I'm male and there is no birth control except a vasectomy that is expensive and risky. Also i'd like to keep my decision private to avoid judgement and any unnecessary obstacles to having a gf/getting laid. How can I ensure I don't impregnate a woman, ever? Should I lie to a woman and say that I want to have children in the future, but never do it. So I need to lose 22 pounds in as less months as posible, at least 11 by the end of december. Now diet aside what are the best excercises to lose weight specially my waist/belly? I try to run 5km (I know it is a short distance by many fitness people standards) but right now it is what I can bear, I'm also trying to build some resistance and hopefully run 10 or 15 km.

/fit/ help me. I've lost 25 lbs since June but I am still pretty fat (6'1, ~220 lbs). I like to work out and everything, been doing push/pull/leg (gains have been mediocre 'cause cut) and c25k concurrently but I've found my weight plateuing over the last 2 weeks because I stick to my food goals. It's not like I binge and eat 3000 kcal in one sitting, but I'm aiming for 2000 kcal a day and I always find myself getting there way too quickly while still being hungry. How do I make myself more full? Are there foods that will make me stop eating? Supplaments? I'm weak-willed ;_;

I just finished Ranger School a couple of weeks ago. I lost around 30 lbs and my body is storing fat like no other. I went to the gym the other day and 135 on bench felt heavy as fuark. I was already skinny/hardgainer to begin with but was making some decent gains a few months before I went to Ranger School. I was doing 5/3/1, but I switched to mostly running/calisthenics a few months before I went in knowing I was gonna lose a lot of my gains anyways To top it all off I've heard people say my endocrine system is all fucked up because the cortisol levels suppress your test. So should I just start from the very beginning now with Starting Strength? And does anyone know how long it's gonna take for my test to get back to the way it used to be? Lastly, when will my body stop storing fat like it's in starvation mode? Or is my metabolism just fucked (before this I could literally eat whatever I wanted).
