About a week ago I was squatting and I felt like a muscle got strained (or got injured?).
My searches online haven't been fruitful
Its located below the ballsack, in between the balls and the rectum
that little patch of skin
well underneath the skin, the muscle...whatever its called.
and although I can still squat, It feels uncomfortable and it makes me reluctant to exercise since I don't want to get seriously injured
I don't know wtf to do
if I should keep working out or stop for a few months (or only doing upper body/cardio)
