hey /fit/ I am 5"7 manlet. and im pretty skinny guy. I have a belly and small moobs when I sit down. but I still have skinny arms. im not sure of my body fat%. I have no idea where to start with my diet. do I lose my gut first or go straight to doubling my calorie intake? its just I have recently started lifting and eating healthy.

About a week ago I was squatting and I felt like a muscle got strained (or got injured?). My searches online haven't been fruitful Its located below the ballsack, in between the balls and the rectum that little patch of skin well underneath the skin, the muscle...whatever its called. and although I can still squat, It feels uncomfortable and it makes me reluctant to exercise since I don't want to get seriously injured I don't know wtf to do if I should keep working out or stop for a few months (or only doing upper body/cardio)

is it bad or even worthwhile to workout 5 minutes at a time? being a recently single dad of 2 i find it very hard to get a solid hour to not be bothered, but i have a home gym, i rarely get 10 minutes at a time to myself. would i keep seeing some gains were i to say wait 10-20 minutes between sets?
