I have been doing SS for 2 months on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. And everything is fine, I am just wondering what I can do in the gym for Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Monday is squat, bench, deadlift
Wednesday is squat, press, clean
Friday is squat, bench, deadlift
