5'9" here I don't really mind all of the manlet threads since they're pretty funny at times, and I can brush off all of the people trolling in those threads. What I don't get, are all of you 5'8" - 5'11" dudes seriously insecure about your height? Despite everything people post in those threads, I don't really notice any issues for people of our height. The world is pretty much made for people like us. Cars don't feel cramped, nor are they overly roomy. We never have to worry about hitting our heads on doorways/signs. We're tall enough to reach towards the top shelf of pretty much every standard piece of furniture. If you have trouble getting women, it's unlikely due purely to your height. I've dated women around my height and some even taller (even one who was 6'1") and it was never a huge issue. Just get over your insecurities and get some fucking confidence. Nearly all of the issues you think you're facing as a result of your height pretty much disappear once you gain even the tiniest shred of confidence.

Sup fit, Probably a QTDDAT but just got some general questions. **already read the sticky** Currently doing stronglifts(with additional exercises - dips,curls and tricep extensions) whilst on a cut but now I'm plateauing. Probably because of dat der cardio 2-3x a week. Still around 19%bf, aiming for 10-12bf%, strength is important but not a major issue currently, I'd rather get cut up first then go on a lean bulk.
