Who here eats breakfast? What time? I've been at a 25% deficit for over a week now, so far I've had pretty big success with skipping breakfast. I don't get hungry until around 12pm - 1pm which is after my last class. Then I can come home and cook a meal that's about half my calories, wait an hour, lift, go to work, and then eat the other half when I get back. I've always heard breakfast is essential but so far I haven't noticed a change aside from being pretty pissed off in the mornings. Only complaint is peppered chicken with brown rice and green beans is getting really fucking old. What meals do you eat when you're cutting?

Long story short, I got a job and stopped taking my Head Medicine originally so I could trip, but then decided to stay off of it because, despite what my doctor and my family told me, stopping my medicine didn't turn me into a raging psychopath. Literally the only changes I feel are being slightly more anxious/over thinking shit sometimes. And the fact that I no longer have to spend a fucking hour fapping to get to completion (just one side effect) more than makes up for the part where I'll actually have to DEAL with my problems like an ADULT. Getting a job, starting to exercise, eating better, have done more for me in THREE. MONTHS. than antidepressants did for me in 10 years. Have you ever had the wool pulled over your eyes like that, /fit/? When did you realize that the people feeding you bullshit were fucking retarded?
