Just so you know, I created this persona when I was only a few months into lifting, perhaps 3months in and still dyel ~68kg b/w. I lurked this forum and realized it was a fucking cesspool of faggotry, what appeared to be a front for conversating on fitness was really just a place filled with a insecure people with self-image issues who projected their emotional baggage onto others, because they were really unhappy with themselves, so they had to tear down other people to feel better. You'd post here for fitness advice and instead be insulted, called a hungry skeleton, or fat, skinnyfat, accused steroids, or that you progress what garbage, a manlet, shit on, told you were stupid, shit lifts, and so on. They had what seemed to be the worst and most vile personalities I had witnessed, if these were their true colours; and no doubt that they were, because under the guise of anonymity, they had gained the bravado to speak their truest mind for all to see. Even the general attitude was poison, people implied that nothing could be achieved naturally, anyone who looked remotely good was using steroids, the general defeatist attitude and retarded limiting self beliefs were spouted onto newcomers too. The advice was awful, offered by people who couldn't even bench 2plate, if this were my sole source of information for lifting and nutrition, I would surely have failed. This place was and still is a joke.

Alright /fit/ I need your medical wisdom. I get immense pain in the area circled in pic related whenever I do squats. I've noticed selling and a lump the size of a peanut in the muscle tissue. My stats are not that bad I think. >dead lift 335lbs/152kg >leg press 450lbs/204kg (full ROM) but can't squat more than 185lbs/84kg cause it feels like that area is about to explode. Do I just have shit tier form or is it the ebola? I've watched videos and read the sticky. Am I gonna die /fit/?

There is truly no going back now, I just massively overdosed on protein about 2 hours ago, at about 10x what is necessary to overdose and put your life at risk.
