im gonna do keto for the first time heres the keto menu i created for myself. its VERY simplistic so i can easily comprehend it. is this how it should actually look ? more eggs instead of meat so i dont have to eat that much oils. 5 eggs 60g almonds 5 slices of salami 5 slices of yellow cheese 4 table spoons of olive oil 100g broccoli TOTAL: kcal 1494 proteins 76.5g fats 128.9g carbs 19.6g i would like to hear opinions of ppl experienced with this diet could i do this for like 1 months straight without eating any meat ? i think eggs are fine substitute to meat proteins, they contain highvalue protein afterall, but what about iron therefore anaemia ?
