Was wondering how quickly you guy's penises react in sexual situations. Mine used to spring up literally if a girl just held hands with me, now I'm no longer a teenager he's a cynical fucker and just kind of comes and goes as he pleases and if I have a problem he says I can get fucked. Still reluctantly arrives with some light stimulation if I really need him, but never as good as when he was already there, and you can tell he's just gonna go home as early as possible.
Originally thought I was going impotent, but apparently this is just called "not being a teenager". Anyway, started taking L-Arginine and Zinc recently and his habits are still pretty much the same, but it's like he's on steroids when he gets going. Hard as fuck.
So yeah, hoping this decline in boner ease is normal, what's your experience?
>how has your relationship with your boner changed as you both get older
>how reliable is boner
>what do you do if you're with a chick and boner is being a lazy faggot?
/fit/ related as subsect of sexual health.

Yo /fit/bros I'm bored right now, campus is totally dead cause everyone left but I don't have a ride till tomorrow. If I did squats, OHP, and deadlift yesterday, am I okay to do power clean and snatch today? I always hear you should wait 48 hours for recovery so I was wondering if power clean and snatch would tire the same muscles as the stuff I did yesterday.
I'm probably not going to go heavy since I'm in the stage of learning the lifts now, but I was just curious if I would be in prime condition to do anything today

Are these cunts even advisable?
I've recently been squatting fairly heavy and I have been noticing some knee tenderness after heavy sessions. I'm sure it isn't form related but simply due to the stress of squatting heavy and I always recover from it ok - but I'm looking at gearing up for solutions to it.
First thing, I wear a belt when approaching my final work set and subsequent 3rm's. I usually warm up with progressive warm up sets, hit my volume work sets, then continue to load up triples working until I'm done. Done usually means half a plate above my 5rm, 85-90% of 1rm.
I squat barefoot and I'm considering shoes as my depth and form is a beautiful thing with even a strip of wood (less than 1cm) under my heels and I've noticed my feet struggling to maintain an arch under heavy load, this sometimes accounts for knee movement during my squats but this is very rare.
Got a belt covered.
Just ordered some straps under the impression they'd help me support my knee. Turns out they are bad for the knees. What says you /fit/? I don't compete against anyone except my self and my goals are to increase strength and weight moved while remaining healthy and in condition. In case you are wondering why I'm no longer natty and using a belt and considering shoes and straps and stuff I'm squatting 407lb and on target to hit 451lb by new years.
