Ok, ive read some of the links in the sticky, and it makes 0 fucking sense to me, they might as well have been in chinese. Saying i am a beginer at working out and exercise is an understatement. When I was a kid in gym, i didnt give a fuck about exercising, i was just a kid, plus all we did in pe at school was play stopid games. Now im older though and i want to get into shape, and i have no clue where to start. What would you guys suggest as learning material or instructions? Simple stuff that i can start with? Pic not related, i dont have any fitness pictures so i give you a pic of a hot girl
