I'm a trans woman who is taking hormones and stuff, but I want to look hotter and more fem. I remember years ago that there was like a trap mode workout guide, so I thought I'd try to look more fem through exercise.
My current plan is to work up to be able to run a 5k, and then do squats for dat ass and bench presses to make my breasts appear larger. Is this a good idea?

If you don't know who Freelee is she's a person who advocates that you should eat 30 bananas a day to stay lean and healthy. And she's got a quite big community supporting her cause as well, as fruit is good for you etc.
What's the problem? Well banana is one of the most radioactive food know to man, it has a radiation level of 0,1 uSv per banana.
So if you eat 30 bananas a day you will get a exposure of 3uSv per day, in a month 90 uSv and in a year 1080uSv.
The US dose limit per year for a average citizen? 1000uSv. Yes by doing 30 bananas a day for a year you will exceed the safe limit that the US government recommends (U.S. 10 CFR § 20.1301(a)(1)) for dose limits per year. And after 9,25 years that person will exceed the maximum exposure level for a astronaut during it's entire career.

Every time I tell my mom my flaws /fit/ helped me to discover she tells me I'm fucking stupid and I'm perfect the way I am.
What the fuck. She doesn't understand concepts such as manlets, receding hairline, being a dyel, gyno, weak jawline, low test etc

Also, when doing decline sit-ups, should I go all the way down on my eccentric motion until my shoulder blades touch the bench and relax my core, or should I stop short and keep my abs right before returning to the top of the motion?

Alright guys, I come to you out of desperation. I've been trying to lose 10 pounds of weight over the last three weeks and so far have been unable. I need help.
I'm 20, currently weigh 188, and need to weight 181 maximum by monday morning. I've been going to the gym three times a week doing mild cardio, swimming, and some weights, and my daily diet consists of 1 slimfast shake thing, an orange, an apple, grilled chicken bits, and water. Lots of water.
I don't understand how I haven't been able to lose the weight given how much I've cut back on what I eat + how active I am, so do you guys have any tips for losing as close ~10lbs in a 2 day timeframe as possible?
