Recently I've realized I am in really bad shape, I haven't done any actual sport in about a year and a half and I'm starting to feel really down and tired and never much full of energy.
I've tried many kinds of sport, but none was of my liking. I don't really want to get back into serious competitive sport, but I'd like to at least not be so out of shape and possibly start to get fat.
This is what I look like right now, I'm really weak and frail. I don't really want to gain muscle or become a rocky aesthethic icon, but I'd like to at least feel better.
Is there any simple short routine I could do to help me? I have a lot of stuff to do nowadays but I can spare an hour or two every day if I tighten my schedule.
Thanks in advice!

ITT: We discuss careers related to fitness and exercise.
I've been wondering about the career of an exercise physiologist/clinical kinesiologist.
I'm passionate about working out, and biology, chemistry, nutrition, anatomy, and physiology are my FAVORITE subjects, and the degree only takes 4 years.
Is this an employable field? Would I be able to easily find a job in the USA? I'd like to work in a clinical environment like a hospital or physical therapy clinic.
