My wife and I started going to the gym about 3 months ago. We were both pretty overweight (me 6'2" 290ish wife 5'4" 190ish). I lost over 40 pounds and she's lost over 20. We started doing an hour on ellipticals, now doing 1 day insanity, 1 day bodypump, 3 days zumba then yoga or whatever on the weekends. Now I'm starting to get nice comments (Wow, anon, you've lost so much weight!).
Not sure what to do now. Our goal was just to lose weight and get a cheap hour break from the kids each day. Now that we've lost a bit of weight though, it seems like a vague cutting goal is not gonna get us any real results, and I don't really want to bulk. What can I do to work on speed and agility?
