How the fuck much is 5g of creatine? Level teaspoon or mounded? Cause on sticking the spoon in the stuff it stacks high as hell, like inch and a half, pretty much tripling a level teaspoons worth. Even teaspoon feels fucking tiny.

Alright, I have a bunch of issues and questions that came up. 1. My squats. After showing my form two days ago ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyEmi0uhIUE warning video is sideways) you guys said the bar is too high for low bar squats. Low bar is the variation Rippetoe teaches so I lowered the bar, but it didn't feel right. It felt like it was mashing some of my cartlidge and I found a lot of the time that by the end of a set my hands would eventually go under the bar and hold it up around the "heel" of my hand even though when I started the set my hands were over the bar. So my wrists were feeling pressure and my shoulder blades were feeling odd. In addition, my quads didn't feel like they were getting hit, it felt more like some tendons were getting pulled, and believe me, I was going really deep, I was pushing my hips up and it still felt odd, awkward, and slightly painful. What can I do better? Should I just do high bar squats? 2. Flexibility And I realized that when trying to get my grip as narrow as possible my right arm could get far more in than my left. In pic related when my right arm is high I can move it fairly well and smooth. However when my left arm is high I can touch my hands but my left arm is almost immobile and it's hard to move it like my right arm. Whenever I rotate my right arm, everything is smooth, whenever I rotate my left arm it's not smooth, like it keeps going and at one point it just instantly snaps to the next position. What is this, is it natural, and how can I fix it? (cont)

Should i do cardio on rest days? I feel pretty destroyed from my last workout and i think i might have injured my shoulder so i need a rest day but, i dont feel like doing nothing. Should i do cardio or should i do absolutly nothing all day?

Fatty here. So, I've been working out for almost two years now and changed my eating habits. I've become literally twice as strong but only lost a few pounds. I feel much better and I look much better. I've tried eating less but I just become tired and hungry which affects my studies negatively. Instead of changing my diet further could I just squeeze in another training pass and expect faster results?

ITT: stories of how we/people we know fucked themselves up with snake oil excercise regimens and products. We then learn from these experiences so we don't fuck ourselves up. Excercise smart, don't break yourself! My cousin fucked up her shoulders and back with crossfit (she started it six months back to lose some 20 pounds, didn't really excercise before, the usual story) and now needs cortisone shots to continue functioning.

What are the benefits of drinking 5litres of water a day other than obvious hydration. I have heard numerous sources say that body builders should drink about 5 litres a day. And one body builder says he drinks 5 during a bulk and 8 during a cut. Why should I drink so much?
